FAQ - GENERAL

You can purchase My Laundry Box Credits in advance to save you more time. Credits will be automatically deducted from your account for your laundry bill. And you will get 5% in free credits for purchases above $50. The Free Credits promotions vary from time to time, so do keep a look out for special promotions!
Your clothes will be returned within 5 working days for Regular Service and 2 working days for Priority Service. Should your order be held up in exceptional circumstances (to remove a stubborn stain for example), we’ll be sure to inform you beforehand.
We will send the bill to you via the App & Email after we have collected and inspected your items. You can pay with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards, as well as through your PayPal account.
We are all ears. Let us know via the special instructions function in our App and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. You can use the function to take photos of your beloved garments too, so that we know exactly what to look out for.

FAQ - LAUNDRY LOCKERS SERVICE

Check out this link for our locations on Google Maps - http://bit.ly/1rvnrPf. If we’re not at your place of residence or work, you can register your interest with the Contact Us Form. Alternatively, have your property or building manager contact us about having our system installed at your location.
You can deposit your clothes in any empty locker of your choice. Once your clothes are fresh and clean, we will deliver the items back to a locker in the same location (but not necessarily the same locker where it was deposited). You will be notified of the locker number and a four digit code which will unlock the locker via our app & email notifications.
To ensure that there is no mix up, please put in each wash type as a separate order through the App and deposit the clothes for each wash type in a different locker.
Every collection locker is secured with a unique 4 digit number code that you choose. That means you’re the only one (apart from us) who can access the locker while your laundry waits safely prior to collection.
